The air of Noida and Greater Noida started deteriorating again

Greater Noida. The air quality in Noida and Greater Noida has started deteriorating again. The air quality index in both cities had been below 250 for the past two days, but on Tuesday, the AQI reached close to the red zone. Noida’s AQI was 297 and Greater Noida’s AQI was 282. Fog enveloped the city in the morning. However, due to high visibility, people did not face any problems.

After the rain, the AQI of Noida-Greater Noida came out of the red zone. The air of Greater Noida was in the yellow zone with an AQI of 200 on February 1 and in the orange zone with an AQI of 228 on February 2. Whereas the AQI of Noida was 252 and 238. On Tuesday, instead of improvement, there was an increase in air pollution. Noida has been the second and Greater Noida the third most polluted city in NCR. Whereas Greater Noida has been the sixth most polluted city in the country. Whereas Noida has been at number four in the list of polluted cities of the country. On the other hand, in the month of February also, the people of the city are witnessing fog in the morning and evening. Fog prevailed in the city till around 8 am on Tuesday.
