Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader
Location: Noida (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 CTC (depending on experience and interview performance)
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Monitor individual and team performance
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel
Analyze data and track KPIs to improve productivity
Conduct training and provide regular feedback to team members
Ensure quality output and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with management for updates and performance reviews
