JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT and support roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Infra, Cybersecurity, etc.). Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, talent databases, networks, and employee referrals. Screen and evaluate technical candidates for culture fit, stability, skills, and role readiness.
2. Hiring Stakeholder Management Work closely with Delivery Heads, Project Managers etc. to understand workforce forecasts and talent requirements. Conduct weekly hiring reviews, ensure alignment on priorities, and provide market insights. Manage expectations on hiring timelines, profiles, and challenges.
3. Selection & Interview Process Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and selection processes. Drive hiring manager preparedness and interview best practices. Ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional candidate experience.
4. Offer & Onboarding Management Prepare offer proposals, negotiate compensation, and handle counteroffers. Work with HR to ensure a seamless pre-joining and onboarding lifecycle. Monitor candidate dropouts and build alternate pipelines.
5. Vendor & Database Management Manage external recruitment partners and ensure timely and high-quality submissions. Maintain internal talent databases and ensure updated candidate records.
6. Reporting & Compliance Maintain recruitment dashboards: TAT, source mix, OTF, offer-to-join ratio, diversity, etc. Handle compliance related to hiring documentation and background verification. Use ATS and HRMS systems efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience hiring in IT Services / Consulting / Captives.
• Hands-on sourcing expertise Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High sense of ownership, speed, and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
